coal+cheese{cheese}|2/52

I was born and raised in the great state of Cheese.  Yeah, you might know us as the Cheeseheads thanks to the Green Bay Packers but we're also known for our bratwurst and beer - which I must say are fantastic together!  I'm from the state of Wisconsin.

Although I wasn't raised on a farm, my Dad was and I must say that cheese is one of my most favorite foods that comes from a farm (well.... other dairy products are pretty dang good too.. guess I should have grown up on a farm).  So, I guess cheese has a special place in my heart - and I have to say that one of my favorite flavors is Colby cheese.

Long about four years ago when Mandy and I met in Montana, I was on a quest to find some Colby cheese out there..  I guess you don't know what you miss until you leave it behind and along with friends and family I missed some good Colby cheese.  So, I hunted - tried to find it in every single grocery store in MT.  Of course, they had the Kraft variety... but let's just say that it isn't quite the same as cheese straight from a creamery, packed up all neatly and fresh.  MMMM... I get hungry just thinking of it.  It came to the point where my Mom and Grandfather even went so far as to go to a local dairy and see that some be shipped to me in the state of MT.  Unfortunately I had to wait until I returned home to have a delicious taste of Colby due to the extreme temperatures in Montana that summer.

So I have to share with you a very cheesy (pun intended) image of how I feel about my two favorite states, cities and variety of cheese.
